Les V3 sont produits à l'aide de notre nouveau procédé exclusif de formage d'alliage, qui utilise des techniques dérivées de la coulée, de l'extrusion et du forgeage.Cela donne au V3 une structure moléculaire qui offre une résistance bien au-delà de tout autre camion coulé sur le marché.
Le nouveau processus de fabrication nous permet également d'utiliser un véritable traitement thermique T6, offrant une durabilité accrue.
Nous avons repensé le corps et les épaules du cintre en ajoutant plus de matériau et renforcé la plaque de base avec une poutre de support supplémentaire pour augmenter la résistance et réduire les contraintes aiguës sur la zone.Nous avons même modifié le pivot d'attelage pour le rendre plus résistant et plus résistant.
Même les composants en uréthane du camion ont été améliorés !La nouvelle forme de notre douille conique supérieure offre un soutien et un rebond améliorés, et les plaques de base sont désormais équipées de cuvettes pivotantes en uréthane 96a coulées à la main, qui offrent un virage et un retour au centre ultra-lisses.
Le Paris V3 est également disponible en 165 mm et 150 mm.
